Unit features a 36 inch diameter by 30 inch deep hemispherical bottom stainless steel vessel with a 3 inch diameter center bottom outlet with manual ball valve, all with Tri-clamp connections. Stainless steel bottom steam jacket manufacturer tagged, U-stamped and National Board coded for 150 psi, at temperatures from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Adjustable angle agitator settable in six positions from vertical to full INA (inclined agitator) position. Dual motion scrape surface agitation with side and bottom scraper running in one direction, outside a counter rotating center paddle agitator. Each agitator has it's own 2 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase gearmotor drive.
Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction, including agitator support bridge, pipe leg and support frame, configured for a 48 inch infeed height, and 8 inch discharge height. The unit has hinged covers for each side of the stainless steel agitator bridge.
