Unit features all stainless steel and polished aluminum construction, reversible rotor is fitted with 16 fixed style DS-225 sharp/blunt blades. 4" Diameter screw feed with Reeves variable speed 1/2Hp drive. 7.5 HP variable speed main drive. Frame mounted control panel. All drives and controls are UL rated for hazardous locations Class I, Group D and Class II, Groups F & G, Standard factory 12" X 12" hopper with cover and bulk steep cone hopper welded to cover with secondary bolt on support leg and flanged top (26" X 42" X 30" Deep), Jacketed bearings, discharge safety grate, mounted on casters in factory stainless steel frame.
