12 inch diameter by 12 inch deep hemispherical bottom vessel with TILT DISCHARGE and pour lip. This is a lab-sized / R&D pilot plant / pilot line sized 20 QUART kettle, with a stainless steel steam jacket manufacturer tagged and National Board coded for 55psi working pressure.
Manual tilt to dump discharge with pour lip, and a stainless steel TILT-OUT twin motion agitator with plastic side and bottom scrapers, and an offset "christmas tree" agitator, both powered by a single 110 volt single phase (standard household current) variable speed drive.
This cooking kettle comes mounted on a stainless steel support frame with a slide-out catch tray for no-mess containment of any spashes or spills while pouring. The height adjustable frame has the steam kettle currently sitting at an infeed height of 41 inches, with a discharge height in the dump position is 30 inches, on threaded rod (height) adjustable feet.
