Description: One pre owned versatile semi-automatic food-grade sanitary stainless steel in-line filling machine, with eight 5/8 inch valves adjustable for container size / spacing on a pneumatically actuated valve bar. Can be set up as either a pressure filler or a gravity flow filler with the addition of a pressure pump or feed tank, and suitable overflow / return tank.
Semi-automatic operation with a 4 inch wide by 8 foot long container slide track with manual stop gate and side rails adjustable for container size, at a 36 inch working height on adjustable feet. The valves cycle via push button activation (with fill and dwell time controls), moving the valves down into the containers, then back up out of the containers via pneumatic power assist.
Comes with a ball type check valve on the liquid product infeed. Ideal for filing free flowing liquids such as fruit juices, water, to vegetable oils, to smooth, thin, non-particulate sauces and dressings.
