This screw capper is configured with 4 cap tightener spindles over a 7 foot 6 inch long stainless steel THROUGH-CONVEYOR for straight line inline capping, with 4.5 inch wide Delrin plastic tabletop chain with adjustable container guide rails and dual container side-gripper belts.
Stainless steel cap hopper with vibrator supplies caps to the FEED SYSTEMS ModelFSRF24 CAP SORTER-FEEDER, which supplies caps to the adjustable cap chute which places them on the containers.
